Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Praxform collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Praxform is a coaching business operated by Praxform LLC, formerly NorCal Fit2Go LLC, based in Gilroy, California, United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Praxform LLC.
If you have a question about anything here, email privacy@praxform.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you apply for coaching, book a call, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we collect what you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, email address, mobile number, and the answers you give in the application, such as your goals, what you have tried before, and what a normal week looks like for you. If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to coach you and to invoice you.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit this site we may collect your IP address, approximate location based on that address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, the site or advertisement that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies described below.
Information from advertising platforms
If you submit a lead form inside LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram rather than on this site, that platform sends us the contact details you submitted, along with the answers to the questions on the form and the campaign the form belonged to. The platform collected that information under its own privacy policy before it reached us.
Why we use it
- To respond to your application and schedule and run your consultation calls
- To provide coaching, send check-ins, and support you as a client
- To send appointment reminders by email and text
- To send you updates and marketing you asked for, which you can stop at any time
- To invoice clients and keep required business and tax records
- To measure which advertisements and channels bring people to us, and to improve them
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations
We do not use the information in your application to make decisions about your medical care. Health information is handled separately by licensed clinicians under their own policies if you choose to pursue medical care.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes. Necessary cookies make the site and the booking tool work. Analytics and advertising technologies help us understand how people find us and whether our advertisements reach the right people.
Where we run advertising, we may use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These place cookies and send information about your visit, including pages viewed and actions such as booking a call, to Meta and LinkedIn so those platforms can measure and target advertising. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, through your advertising settings on each platform, or by using a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour as a valid opt out request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Scheduling. Cal.com, to show our availability and record your booking.
- Video calls. Zoom, to host consultation and coaching calls.
- Email and messaging. Our email and text providers, to send confirmations, reminders, and any updates you subscribed to.
- Coaching platforms. The training and nutrition apps we use to deliver client programs.
- Invoicing and payments. Our invoicing and payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Advertising and analytics. Meta and LinkedIn, as described above.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business. Under California law, our use of advertising technologies may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out as described in the section below.
How long we keep it
We keep application and enquiry information for up to two years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep client records for as long as you are a client and then for the period required by tax and business record keeping law, which is generally seven years. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email, or by replying STOP to a text. You can ask us to update anything we hold about you.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and where it came from, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@praxform.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We will confirm your request within ten business days and respond within forty five days. We may need to verify your identity before acting, which usually means confirming the email address or phone number we already hold for you. You can authorise an agent to make a request on your behalf.
If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with similar laws, you may also have the right to object to or restrict our processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Security
We use reputable providers, restrict who can see your information to those who need it, and protect accounts with strong authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Where your information is handled
We are based in the United States and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.
Children
This site and our coaching are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email privacy@praxform.com and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to services we use, such as our scheduling page, and to products we recommend. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change, and the date at the top will tell you when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
